Back To School Blast

The Back to School Blast is an annual event that provides children and youth in our community with the tools they need for a successful school year. Hosted at various locations, it’s a day filled with summer activities and fun for families. We distribute backpacks filled with essential school supplies, helping children and youth enter the classroom feeling prepared, valued, and supported throughout the year.

One donation of $75 can help a child walk into school ready and confident for the school year ahead.
Your support can help remove barriers for children and youth by providing the essential tools they need to succeed in school. A backpack may seem simple. But for many families, it represents dignity, confidence, and a fresh start.
This year, the need is greater than ever. Rising costs continue to impact families across our communities, making it increasingly difficult to afford basic school supplies.
Through Back to School Blast 2026, we will equip 1,000 students with brand-new backpacks filled with essential supplies, setting them up for a strong and confident start to the school year.
Your generosity will also support our Adopt-A-School Program, serving over 60 schools across Vancouver, Tri-Cities, Surrey, and Delta, providing ongoing support through: Nutritious food programs, Hygiene kits, Classroom supplies, and Extracurricular support.

Together, we can ensure every child feels seen, supported, and ready to succeed.
